Sparkle Support

Download Sparkle from the App Store. The app will guide you through a short onboarding where you add your first child and create tasks. No account or sign-up required.

Parents create tasks and assign a star value. When a child completes a task, a parent approves it, and the stars are added to the child's balance. Stars can then be spent on rewards you define.

Instant tasks are completed with a single tap (e.g., "Make your bed"). Timed tasks include a built-in Pomodoro timer for focus sessions (e.g., "Read a book for 25 minutes").

Parents create rewards with a star cost (e.g., "Pizza Night" for 20 stars). Kids request rewards when they have enough stars, and parents approve the request. You can also create shared family rewards that kids contribute to together.

Yes. All data stays on your device by default. If you enable iCloud sync, data is stored in your private iCloud account and is not accessible to us. We use no analytics or tracking. See our privacy policy for details.

Yes. With iCloud sync enabled, Sparkle syncs across all devices signed in with the same Apple ID. Changes sync automatically when a connection is available, and the app works fully offline.

The parent PIN protects access to the parent dashboard where you manage tasks, rewards, and approvals. This prevents children from modifying settings or approving their own tasks.
