Terms of Service — Anka TMS

Agreement

By downloading or using any Anka TMS application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our apps.

Your Data

All data you create in our apps is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your private iCloud account. We do not have access to your data in either case. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

In-App Purchases

Some apps may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests should be directed to Apple. We do not process payments directly.

Availability

We strive to keep our apps available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Anka TMS is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our apps, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or any indirect damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or this page.
